Because every product is made-to-order, returns and refunds are not ideal for us—or for the planet. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We offer returns or refunds only for:

  • Products that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect items sent due to an error on our part.

Important: We kindly request that you double-check your order details before placing it to avoid unnecessary returns, as each return increases carbon emissions and waste, which impacts our planet negatively.

2. Conditions for Returns

If you need to return a product, the following conditions apply:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days after approval.

Each return means additional packaging, shipping, and transportation, which results in carbon emissions. As a sustainable brand, we strive to minimize waste. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases to reduce the environmental impact of unnecessary returns.

4. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense unless the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges due to the unique, handmade nature of our bags. Each item is one of a kind, and no two products will be exactly the same.
