All our bags are handmade in India using traditional crafting techniques. We rely on minimal machinery, supporting artisans and lowering electricity consumption.

What materials are used to make the bags?

Our bags are made from 100% natural cotton and embroidered by hand. We focus on eco-friendly materials that are durable, sustainable, and kind to the planet.

Are all bags identical?

No two bags are exactly the same! Each bag is handmade individually, so there may be slight variations in design or embroidery. That’s what makes your RêveSāk unique.

What are the bag sizes?

Large: 16" Height & 14" Width

Medium: 14" Height & 12" Width

What is the shipping time?

If the bag is in stock, it will ship within 5 days. If it's out of stock, it will take 14-18 days for new stock to be made and shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I customize a bag?

At this time, we do not offer customization. However, every bag you purchase is already unique due to the handmade nature of our products.

How do I care for my RêveSāk bag?

  • Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
  • To maintain the quality of your bag, handwash it gently and let it air dry.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express Cards. For your security, all payments are processed through encrypted payment gateways.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly to minimize waste. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in production and cannot be modified.
